◈ Where do you ship from? 

I ship from Vancouver BC in canada!

 

◈ When do you ship out orders?

I am very busy during the week because of school so I will ship out all my orders on sunday

If I have time, I will ship it out on the day of or a few days after!

 

◈ How long will my oder take to arrive?

Covid might affect the shipping time but if not then it should generally take around 1-3 weeks

• Canada 1-2 weeks
• USA 1-3 weeks
• International 4-12 weeks

 

◈ What do I do if I havent recieved my order?

If it has been a few weeks after the estimated # of weeks, then please contact me at [email protected] or DM me on instagram! (I respond to instagram more quickly) 

Your package might also be held in customs. Please check your email or phone for any notifications about that!

 

◈ Tracking?

I dont offer tracking on canadian orders but the option is available for the USA and for international orders!

 

◈ Wrong address?

Please check your adress before purchasing! If you made a mistake then please contact me immediately!

If your order has already been shipped out then I cannot offer a refund as shipping fees cannot be refunded. If you still want the item you will need to reorder. 

 

◈ How do I cancel my order?

Please contact me through email or DM me on instagram within 1 day of your order. If I have already shipped it our or if you take longer than 1 day then I will not refund your order.

 

◈ What is the refund  and return policy?

I do not accept returns.

If I got your order wrong of if an item is missing then please contact me and we can sort things out. I can offer a refund after you send me a picture of proof or I can resend the items.
